stopped by Tsaocaa and got the Passion Fruit Mojito with popping boba, and I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh and flavorful it tasted. The menu has a great variety of milk teas, fruit teas, and toppings, so there are plenty of options even if you don’t want something too sweet. The portion was a good size for the price, and my drink was prepared quickly even though there were a few people ahead of me. I really liked the relaxed atmosphere and the amount of seating, which makes it a convenient spot near campus to grab a drink and hang out. Five stars from me—I’ll definitely be bringing friends here next time. P/s: Their Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken is also amazing

I got the boneless fried chicken with honey garlic sauce and it was honestly so good. The chicken was crispy on the outside but still juicy inside, and the honey garlic sauce was sweet and flavorful without being too much. The portion was pretty generous for the price, so I felt like it was definitely worth it. The staff were friendly and my order came out pretty quickly. Tsaocaa also has a really cute and chill atmosphere, so it’s a nice place to grab food and hang out with friends.

Beautiful and satisfying experience at Tsaocaa, near USF campus, Tampa. Wide variety on menu so that even with food allergies I could purchase something yummy. Excellent service, decorations and ambiance. Even the topping on the cup was unique. Keep up the good work, Cherry (manager) and Angelica (staff).

I came here with my friend after the BTS's Arirang concert at the Raymond Stadium. I had the strawberry boba and my friend had a... honey boba and a potato corn dog. It was all delicious! I loved the vibe of the place! It was a little slow but then again, me and my friend know what it's like to serve 20 customers with only two or three staff members, so good job while handling the pressure!

A customer of mine recommended this strawberry yogurt to me—😂 and I’ve been hooked ever since! I’ve been drinking it continuously for nearly two months now. My latest obsession, though, is the guava fruit tea. Highly recommended: the Korean-style hot dogs and chicken leg burgers! Make sure to eat them right away while they're fresh—they are absolutely delicious! 😍 I’m not really into sweet drinks, so I think a 0% sugar strawberry yogurt would be fantastic. Lately, I’ve been ordering everything with 0 %sugar.（Just a personal preference 😁
